I have 2 bottles of each of these at my house, but I'm trying to find out more info.... whats in the stuff?

Id hate to use something that I know nothing about the ingredients...

Reef Snow seems to be ok...  it just says its an extract of algae

but actif says nothing about what it is...

Does anyone else use these products?

The stuffs pretty weird, mixing it up   makes it like a sticky glue jello .... you could pretty much compare it to elmers glue
