jpndave has a copper banded butterfly fish in my tank fs he bought it to see if it would eat aptaisa out of his cube but his 1-2 inch fish that he ordered ended up being 4 inches when it got here he didnt plan keeping it in his tank long term so it wouldnt fit in his tank it was to big although i did bring a frag from his tank that hap one aptasia on it and the butterfly didnt eat it but i took it out kind of quick because i dont want them in my tank so he may not have ever seen it

There are drawbacks to expecting a fish to eat Aiptasia. They cannot get to the little pieces left in the holes in the rock. Only peppermint shrimp can get to those holes and totally eradicate the Aiptasia. Suggest you just go ahead and do the Puffer and kill Aiptasia with Kalk paste when they show themselves. Realize though that Puffers sometimes eat coral, so if it's a reef tank you want, say bye bye to the Puffer when it starts chomping on your prize coral. I've heard of them helping eradicate Xenia, not entirely a bad thing.
