This just popped up when i was moving my rock it was down in the sand? Im new to the hobby and dunno what it is. Good or bad? Anyone know?

Actually, I'm thinking peanut worm,  I have some in a rock that look like that.  They are helpful little buggers.

Yeah i think thats what it is after looking it up. I also found a little slug thing. I would describe it as a white and brown stripped potato bug. I will try and get a picture up soon. Im excited to see all sorts of new things in my tank but nervous at the same time. I don't want anything to be bad.
