I received a Tiger Pistol shrimp today. I am picking up a Wheeler's goby tomorrow.

How would you suggest I work out the introduction to have the best chance of forming a bond?

How would you encourage a burrow location that would be best for viewing them?

I was thinking of making a slotted and covered container to keep the shrimp in for tonight. Then keep the shrimp and goby together in the container for some period of time to give them a chance to bond before introducing them into the main tank.

As far as a location it was suggested to start a burrow for them in the location that would be desired. Would that work? Maybe?

I am not sure I have never personally done it but if you can I would think putting them in a temporary setup with sand and one rock it would force them to borrow together by the way how is everything you got from me looking I hope it does well how do you like the shrimp I wish I could have kept him but I am wanting a randalli and yashia combo so he ended up going

I introduced my YWG and Randall's at different times. The Goby found the shrimp after a week or so.

I agree. Don't try to force it. Love takes time. Put them in the intended aquarium. Be patient and they will find each other.
